• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred BDT).

• Using software, bots, or automated tools to play games or place bets is strictly prohibited.

Jjjpk reserves the right to adjust odds for Sports Betting. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are considered final.

• Users can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.

• If account credentials are compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Services may be unavailable due to natural disasters or other force majeure events.

In the event of a dispute, please contact our support team first. We will endeavor to resolve the matter within 72 hours. If a resolution cannot be reached, the issue will be settled through neutral mediation agreed upon by both parties.
